NOTE: We will walk around a working farm and kitchen, so sensible, closed-toe shoes are required. Check-out at Hotel SLO is at 12 pm. If you intend to join the tours and lunch, you will need to check out before we depart. Luggage storage at the hotel is available at no cost.
If you’d like to participate fully in Day 1 on Monday, we recommend arriving on Sunday evening. If you’d like to stay for lunch on Day 2, please plan to depart in the mid-afternoon or later on Tuesday.
The closest airport is the San Luis Obispo County Airport (SBP), which is about 10 minutes away by car.

Day 1: We will be at Hotel SLO all day, with the exception of the graduation at The Palm Theatre, which is just around the corner. For more information about parking options at Hotel SLO, please see this document and map.
Day 2: Parking at City Farm SLO is limited, so please carpool to minimize the number of vehicles at the site. This map shows where to park and where we’ll gather at SLO High School.
Please use this link to book a room at the Hotel San Luis Obispo under the Chef Ann Foundation’s group rate for this event (note that a limited number of rooms are also available prior to and after our event dates for those who would like to stay longer). The cutoff date for our block is January 3, 2025. We recommend that you book a hotel room sooner rather than later as Hotel SLO has a limited number of rooms available.
