Christy Nezgodinsky, a graduate of Louisiana State University and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, is currently the Head Chef for the Pointe Coupee Parish School Board in Louisiana. With over 20 years’ experience in the culinary field including professional restaurant kitchens, catering, and private cheffing, she has a passion for serving high quality, nourishing food made from whole ingredients. She is new to the child nutrition field but eager to learn the fundamentals of school nutrition and use her training to enrich the meals and subsequently, the lives of the children in her district.
