Director of Individual Giving

Kellie joined the CAF team in August 2024 as the Director of Individual Giving. In this new role, she connects with donors to learn why they value supporting the Chef Ann Foundation’s mission.

Kellie is a former chef with an A.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts, a B.S. in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, and an MPA from Suffolk University. From a young age, Kellie knew she was meant to work with food, first preparing it in bakeries and now ensuring all children have access to healthy, fresh, and delicious scratch-cooked meals. Previously, she was Senior Development Manager at Project Bread, Massachusetts’s leading statewide anti-hunger organization.

In her free time, you can find Kellie training for her next marathon, at the farmer’s market, quahogging, or relaxing with her husband and rescue puppy Princess Leia in their hometown of Jamestown, RI.

Who We Are

The Chef Ann Foundation is dedicated to promoting whole-ingredient, scratch-cooking in schools. Scratch-cooking enables schools to serve the healthiest, tastiest meals so that kids are well-fed and ready to learn.

Our Mission

Ensure that school food professionals have the resources, funding and support they need to provide fresh, healthy, delicious, cook from scratch meals that support the health of children and our planet.

Why School Food Matters

American kids start their life-path in K–12 schools where they learn the skills necessary to thrive & meet their potential. While the country debates the best ways to teach them math, science & English, we spend little to no time on food & nutrition.
