Thandiwe Ngoma

Senior Coordinator, District Support Programs

Thandiwe Ngoma serves as the Senior Coordinator of District Support Programs for the Chef Ann Foundation. In this role, she oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of school food operator support and technical assistance programs, including Specialized Programming. She builds strong partnerships with school food operators, funders, and program partners, and works cross-functionally with teams in Programs, Marketing, Technology, and School Food Operations to ensure successful project execution and outcomes that align with the foundation’s commitment to high-quality, impactful programming.

Thandiwe Ngoma

Thandiwe Ngoma serves as the Senior Coordinator of District Support Programs for the Chef Ann Foundation. In this role, she oversees the planning, execution, and coordination of school food operator support and technical assistance programs, including Specialized Programming. She builds strong partnerships with school food operators, funders, and program partners, and works cross-functionally with teams in Programs, Marketing, Technology, and School Food Operations to ensure successful project execution and outcomes that align with the foundation’s commitment to high-quality, impactful programming.

Thandiwe holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston. She’s spent the past four years working in K-12 Nutrition, driven by her passion for ensuring every child has access to nutritious meals. 

Beyond work, she enjoys creating lasting memories with her family through spontaneous road trips, baking, nature walks, and exploring new restaurants. These moments not only enrich our lives but also reinforce the significance of nurturing both body and soul.
