She and her team supported 15+ partners and over 4,500 apprentices annually in successfully completing their US Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship programs. Kelsey believes wholeheartedly in Registered Apprenticeship and the value the model offers both employers as a way to attract and retain talent, and apprentices in providing targeted education, paid work experience with guaranteed wage increases, and industry credentials.
Outside of work, you can find Kelsey outside with her husband, two young children and dog, running, cooking, or reading.
